The knee pads work well to help your knees while wearing. Could be a little thicker with a more pronounced knee cup. While they are in the CAT Pants they have a tendency to move around. If you are not careful you will kneel and the pads will stay to the side. Otherwise nice to have if you hate the straps of other pads behind your leg.

Great till they got washed. They stiffened up so much you couldn’t bend your knees or walk around very comfortably.
