Shipping policy

Where we ship

CATWorkwear.com only ships to customers in the United States. At this time we are unable to ship to military addresses. To find CAT Workwear outside of the United States, please check with your local workwear retailer.

Order processing

Orders begin processing immediately and ship within 5-6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping estimates begin once the package has shipped, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping options

Ground: FREE on orders over $99 within the Continental United States. Orders under $99 are charged $9.95. Estimate: 5-7 business days once the order has shipped.
Express: $14.95. Estimate: 2-4 business days once the order has shipped.

Shipping holidays

Orders will not ship on the days below. If a holiday falls on a Saturday, orders will not ship on Friday. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, orders will not ship on Monday.

Changes and cancellations

Because we begin processing your order immediately, we are unable to make changes once it is placed. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at 866-554-9026. We cannot guarantee the ability to cancel, as the order may have already shipped. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
