Online Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Caterpillar purchase, simply return the item within 30 days of the order date.
- Items being returned must be in their original condition with the tags.
- Please include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation email with the return.
- We cannot refund your original shipping charge.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges; unless an item proves defective, we will cover the replacement’s shipping charge.
Please allow 10-15 business days for credits to be posted to your account. They are subject to your bank’s processing time.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different size, color or product please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. We process refunds promptly upon receipt of your return and placing a new order ensures you will get your new item quickly, and that it won't go out of stock. Follow the instructions under the Online returns to send product back.
Please note: You will be charged for shipping and handling on your new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact customer service immediately so that we may assist you in covering the cost of returning the item. If you do not contact Customer Service prior to returning the item, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. After 60 days, if your garment proves to be defective in workmanship or materials in normal wear (excluding stains), call customer service for help in exchanging the item.
Caterpillar reserves the right to refuse returns of items that appear to have been worn, are not in good condition, are without tags or are no longer carried in stock. Caterpillar may limit returns if we believe a Customer is abusing our generous return policy.

We only accept returns for garments purchased through the Caterpillar online store (www.CatWorkwear.com). If you have a concern regarding an item purchased from an independent retailer please contact them directly.
Lifetime Warranty
At Caterpillar Workwear we make our clothing tough, but nothing is indestructible. All our products are fully warranted against manufacturer’s defects in materials & workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product. Examples of manufacturing defects include stitching coming undone, seam tape failure or malfunctioning zippers and snaps. Wear and tear damages from will not be covered under warranty. Examples of wear and tear include punctures or tears from sharp objects, excessive fabric wear or abrasion due to heavy use and staining. If the damage is determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item at no cost to you. Caterpillar Workwear reserves the right to determine if the product failure is due to manufacturer’s defects in materials or workmanship or if the product failed due to wear and tear. Please contact customer service at 866-930-4228 or customerservice@catworkwear.com so we can assist you with your inquiry.

Once My Account has been clicked you will see your order status and order history. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a carrier tracking number.

Orders over $50 receive FREE ground shipping within the Continental United States. Orders less than $50 will be charged $5.95.

Orders over $100 receive FREE two day shipping within the Continental United States. Orders less than $100 will be charged $9.95.

Product Care
General Care
All Caterpillar Workwear items include a care instruction tag with specific details on how your product should be washed and treated. Please refer to the care instructions on the tag before washing any garment. In general, wash your cloths in cold to warm water with mild laundry soap. Tumble dry on low and do not overload your dryer for best results.
Waterproof Care
Refer to the care instruction tag on the garment for specific details. Machine wash separately in cold water with powder detergent. Rinse thoroughly and tumble dry on low. You may need to reactivate the DWR water repellent finish if water does not bead off the garment after it is dried.
Do NOT bleach, dry clean or use fabric softener.
Insulated Care
Refer to the care instruction tag on the garment for specific details. Machine wash separately in cold water with a mild detergent. Tumble dry on low with three clean tennis balls to restore fluff and even out the insulation.
Do NOT bleach, dry clean or use fabric softener.
Cotton Care
Refer to the care instruction tag on the garment for specific details. Machine wash in cool to warm water with a mild detergent. Tumble dry on low to medium. Remove from machine quickly to prevent wrinkling.
