Who can join the CAT® Workwear Ambassador Program?
The CAT® Workwear Ambassador Program is intended for full-time individuals employed in construction, agriculture, as skilled tradesman, general workers, or in industries requiring personal protective equipment. We have limited memberships within the Ambassador program so approval for the program remains at our discretion.
- Employee of a Caterpillar DealerFull-time employee of a Caterpillar dealer, e.g. seller of equipment, equipment rentals and/or CAT Workwear retailer. Please provide website or social handle of the retailer you work for.
- Construction TradesEmployed in any occupation that requires a particular skill set or knowledge in the following trades; Machine Operator, Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Mason, Painter, Road Construction or more. Not sure if you qualify, apply and we'll let you know.
- Manufacturing TradesEmployed in any occupation that requires a particular skill set or knowledge in the following trades; Machinist, Welder, Metal Fabricator or more. Not sure if you qualify, apply and we'll let you know.
- Trade UnionsFull-time employee, staff, representative or member of a trade union.
- Caterpillar Corporate OfficeFull-time employee of Caterpillar Inc. - A company issued email is required for employment verification.
- Employee of a Manufacturing CompanyFull-time employee working for a manufacturer of labor focused work supplies. A company issued email is required for employment verification.
- Crew PurchasesYou are the buyer for your organization who purchases clothing for your employees/crew. Must work in the following: construction, equipment operation, factory, maintenance, trucking, warehouse, deliveries, electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, engineering, flooring, roofing, farming, landscaping, forestry, oil & gas, mining, airport, manufacturing, electrical or utility.
- Government AgencyFull-time employee working for a state or federal government agency. A government issued email address is required.
- Employee of a Non-Profit OrganizationFull-time employee working for a Non-Profit Organization. A company issued email address is required.

Program rules
We take our Ambassador Program seriously and ask you follow our simple standard of conduct. Failure to comply with the following guidelines will result in immediate termination of your Ambassador account.
- Your CAT® Workwear Ambassador account is for your professional use only – purchases for family or friends is prohibited.
- CAT Workwear Ambassador pricing is confidential. Do not talk about, brag, or share your pricing with anyone.
- Resale of items purchased through your account is unacceptable. If you encounter someone selling items purchased through the Ambassador Program, please notify CAT Workwear Customer Service immediately.
- Subscription to CAT Workwear emails is a requirement of membership. If you unsubscribe you will be removed from the program.
- We are unable to accept backorders. Orders will ship based on current availability.
- Your Ambassador discount will never apply at CAT Workwear retailers. Please be respectful of employees’ time when visiting your local retailer.
- Please represent the Caterpillar brand with the utmost professionalism.
