Terms & Conditions

We take our Ambassador Program seriously and ask you follow our simple standard of conduct. Failure to comply with the following guidelines will result in immediate termination of your Ambassador account.

• Your CAT® Workwear Ambassador account is for your -professional use only- purchases for family or friends is prohibited.
• CAT Workwear Ambassador pricing is confidential. Do not talk about, brag, or share your pricing with anyone.
• Resale of items purchased through your account is unacceptable. If you encounter someone selling items purchased through the Ambassador Program, please notify CAT Workwear Customer Service immediately.
• Subscription to CAT Workwear emails is a requirement of membership.  If you unsubscribe you will be removed from the program.
• We are unable to accept backorders. Orders will ship based on current availability.
• Your Ambassador discount will never apply at CAT Workwear retailers.  Please be respectful of employees’ time when visiting your local retailer.
• Please represent the Caterpillar brand with the utmost professionalism.
