Holiday Order Processing & Shipping
Shipping delays are complicating holiday orders for everyone this year. We strive to deliver all orders on time but we cannot guarantee delivery by 12/25 for orders placed after 12/17. Orders placed with 2-Day shipping between 12/17 8am PST and 8am PST on 12/20 may still arrive before 12/25 but it is not guaranteed. Our best advice is to place your order early.

Ground Shipping: Order by 8am PST on 12/13
Express Shipping: Order by 8am PST on 12/17
Please note, orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays. Holiday Order Processing & Shipping services stated here supersede our normal operating guarantees.

If you have questions about an order or our products please send us an email and we will respond once back in the office. Orders placed on 12/24 and 12/27 will begin processing on 12/28. Orders placed on 12/31 will begin processing on 1/3. Please allow 3 business days for processing during this holiday period.
